My name is Sonja Lay I have over 17 years' experience,Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (BCTMB),Pennsylvania State Licensure (LMT), and a professional member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. I found my passion in Massage Therapy 18 years ago. Its so rewarding to me to be able to help my clients manage and reduce their stress, pain, and help them maintain wellness.  I strive to learn more each and everyday, and educate my clients with what I've learned.  As a result, along with their relief they experience from their session, they have come to regard Therapeutic Massage as essential  to wellness and not just a luxury.
